This document is the BNQ 3624-120 Smooth Inside Wall Polyethylene Pipe and Fittings Annex. Dated 5/17/22, it certifies ADS for polyethylene pipe and fittings for storm sewers, culverts and soil drainage.

The annex, required by the certificate lists the dual wall open profile pipe with annular corrugations diameter, category, class and type approved for use.

A designated fittings compatible with certified pipes chart lists diameter, type, product code and manufacturer.

The certificate expires on 5/31/24.
